This year Evan was a scary skeleton. Don't mind the goofy grin and Bears baseball hat. Hadley was a witch! We spent the afternoon at The Fays prepping the yard for the trick or treaters who dare come to the door...Boo!

Trick or Treat
Happy Halloween! Friday at daycare was the Costume Parade. Each class had a theme and Evan's class dressed up as Andy Z. He is the hippie guitar playing guy that wears tie dyed shirts, baseball hats and sunglasses. He comes to the school to play once a month.

On Saturday morning we got up and went to Uesugi Farms in Morgan Hill to pick out pumpkins to carve. We also went on the train that looped around the farm and the carousel. The train was fun but the carousel was scary and made me not feel too well. I guess I'm getting too old for fast rides!

Todd picked out fabulous pumpkins...huge pumpkins...the biggest ones I have ever gotten! Evan picked out 4 little ones. One for him, Hadley, Nala and Callie. Those were not for carving.

Evan and Hadley got into their costumes in the early evening and by 6pm they were knocking on doors. First stop...Frank's house! Evan was not shy about going right up and he was so kind and got 2 pieces of candy. One for him and one for Hadley. He liked going to the door so much, he wanted to go in! After 4 houses, we called it a night. Headed back to the house and handed out candy to the kids that came after dark.
Here's our skeleton in all his scariness!!!
