The Baby Pool...

Soooo...8 months into the pregnancy, I am finally making the debut! Quite frankly, all this writing from Nicola was getting me dizzy-time for a man's perspective on the really important things that matter: like a betting pool! No better way to get things cooking than by involving some kind of gambling activity. Hey, it was either that or showing off my stellar "assembling" skills photos putting together everything from the crib/dresser/changing table, etc. to that crazy little 4-legged contraption that flies around in the Pack-N-Play to the "swing set' thing...I digress.

Without further adieu, The Baby Pool:

The final stragglers are in and the window for entries is officially closed. It is sorted by delivery date and then by weight for all to see their 'competition' although I can't see how this is anything more than pure luck:)

Nicola and I got a kick out of the very creative names thrown our way and will announce the 'winner' when born. For those with, uh, shall we say vision issues, you can click on it and it should open in a bigger window.

Good luck; we'll keep you posted. For a few of you, this has become a little tooooo much of an obsession...for that I will give you an opportunity to find out the name of the baby in advance. Simply find the bagger at Trader Joe's whom I spoke with the other day. He's a regular there and got a kick out of the pool, and now he knows. You find him, and you shall have the name!!
