Adventures

Evan has been up to many adventures over the last few weeks. He went down a bunch of slides at the park, learned to play lacrosse and is a crawling/standing/cruising machine! Here are some photos and a video of his latest moves. He also really likes to sit on his bottom and spin around!

Happy Father's Day

Happy Father's Day to the best daddy! We hung around the house on Sunday and chilled in the backyard. Then on Monday we went to the San Francisco Zoo. It was perfect weather and no crowds! We saw the new baby gorilla, flamingos and giraffes. Afterwards we had a picnic at Lake Merced. It was a fun but tiring day. Evan was asleep when we got there and passed out immediately after lunch! What a life!!!

Did someone say Karaoke??

This post is for Uncle Jeff. I took Evan to Blue Max today for some singing.
Okay, not really. We just happened to stop at the Michael's craft store which is next to the Blue Max. For those of you not familiar with the Blue Max, here is some explaination...

Oldie but goodie

This video makes me crack up. It is from when Evan was about 6 months old. I had been pureeing his food for a few weeks and decided to try out bananas cut up. You would have thought we were poisoning him!

Top Ten at Ten

Evan has reached the 10 month milestone. He is growing like a weed (30 inches & 24 lbs at his 9 month check-up) and is the happiest baby! Here is Evan's Top Ten:

1. Got his two front teeth exactly at 9 months (I don't have any pictures of his two bottom teeth)
2. Crawls...everywhere3. He has choked on a leaf (I'm so glad we took Infant CPR!)
4. Started swimming lessons with his BFF Hadley5. Itsy Bitsy Spider is his favorite nursery rhyme
6. Loves his playdates with Hadley, Chase and Aiden7. He has "cankles"
8. His faux-hawk is still around9. He blames the dog for anything suspicious around the house.
10. He will hold his own bottle to drink.We cannot imagine our lives without Evan. He is the best thing that ever happened to us. We love you little man!

Otter Pops

What's better than a cold Otter Pop on a hot day??? Well yes, a cold beer is great but since Evan is not of drinking age, we gave him an Otter Pop instead.
