Happy Mother's Day!

I had a nice Mother's Day...eggs, bacon & flowers for me!!! We could not figure out how to get the back pack adjusted for Evan so we ended up taking the jogging stroller instead. We went for a great walk at Rancho San Antonio Park. It's a hidden gem! We took Evan to the Deer Hollow Farm and saw sheep, goats, ducks & roosters. The pigs were "on holiday". They will be back in a few weeks. After our walk, Evan had a swim in the backyard and had a blast!

Keeping an eye on things

When Nala is not on guard dog duty, we have back up reinforcements. Evan keeps an eye on things. He's very interested in what is going on outside. He's constantly staring out the door (don't worry Mumsie...the screen is closed).

Swimming

Evan loves the water! He and Hadley have been taking swimming lessons and are the best ones in the class. They are learning about blowing bubbles, splashing around and even how to climb out of the pool. It's very fun for us and the babies. They really seem to enjoy it and are passed out after. There will be a video on this soon...
Evan also loves his pool out back and Nala thinks it's a big bowl of water for her.

Happy Easter!

No one told Evan that you have to open the plastic eggs to get to the jelly beans. (Don't worry, we didn't let him actually eat any of them). Since he is too small to do an egg hunt, we did bubbles instead. Uncle Jeff got a bubble gun and let loose! It was really windy so they bubbles went past very fast. Apparently Evan was not too entertained.

Laughing Out Loud

There is nothing that makes us smile more than hearing Evan laugh. This is what he did tonight while Todd was kicking the soccer ball against the fireplace hearth.

Today is Nala's birthday and she is 3 years old. Hoorah! Evan can't hold back his excitement. We love you Nala even though we don't always show it. XOXO
